Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique designed to
move beyond boundaries of body and mind, helping to direct your
life in a positive way by setting an intention and dis-identifying
with unhelpful thought patterns and emotions.
In this workshop, you will learn about the science and background
of Yoga Nidra followed by a Yoga Nidra practice. This workshop
is appropriate for beginners to advanced practitioners. We will
primarily be sitting to study and learn and then lying down for the
practice. There will be very light, gentle movement prior to the class.
